Visit the Family Planning Clinic Locator
– Scroll to the bottom of the page and type your zip code in the box on the bottom right that says “Find a Family Planning Clinic”

Call the clinic closest to you that appears and make an appointment for an IUD.
– Make sure to tell them if you are uninsured and/or have an income that is very low or zero.

Per Illinois Department of Human Services Family Planning:
” Family planning services are offered to low income women and teens for free or at a reduced cost using a sliding fee scale. Service is not denied due to inability to pay.”
